Create Your Own Jordans
Michael Jordan is a very popular basket player among men and a lot of them became fanatics. No wonder a lot of men like to dress like him. Even the shoes that he endorses are very famous among men.
To create your own jordans costume, you will need a pair of long, oversized basketball shorts, A basketball shirt with Michael Jordan’s name and number at the back, a basketball to carry around, some dark colored make up to make your skin darker like Michael jordan’s and a bald cap.
Instructions for putting on the bald cap:
1. Short hair works best when wearing a bald cap. Comb the hair as flat as possible away from the forehead. Use a little styling gel if water isn’t enough. Sideburns must be short. For very long hair, pull back and bind in a low ponytail that will exit the bottom of the back of the cap and will have to be finally hidden with your costume.
2. Position the untrimmed cap evenly on the head. If it must be trimmed, first lightly mark it with a Lining Pencil. Draw a very vague line on the cap across the forehead in line with a natural forehead wrinkle. If you’re bald cap has any creasing or wrinkling due to its time in a package, use the warm air of a hair dryer to soften the cap and relax the crease.
3. It shouldn’t be difficult to create your ownjordans bald head. Slowly, with a small sharp pair of scissors, trim the front of the cap. Next, mark a line from just underneath the top of the ear and continue it downward going to the earlobe. These slits must be carefully cut to check the position and fit of the cap before you continue with the trimming.
4. Trim the cap along the marked lines, and around the ears. Be sure to leave enough cap material to attach it firmly to the skin. The cap edge should always be at least one-half inch away from the hairline. You still think it is easy to create your ownjordans?
5. Carefully, roll the front edge of the cap upward. Apply Spirit Gum to the skin where the edge of the bald cap will attach (approximately 1/2 – 3/4 inch strip). When the gum is gaudy, carefully roll the cap edge back down into position and press with a damp, lint free towel. Let the adhesive dry thoroughly. Any loose edges should be sealed down with additional Spirit Gum. Cap fully glued. Don’t pull the cap too much while gluing or it may loosen.
6. Using a piece of sponge, infuse two or three layers of Liquid Latex over all the edges. This helps to minimize the seam line. A Red Rubber Sponge may be used for this purpose and will yield a lightly textured surface; a White Sponge Wedge will yield a smoother surface. Let all layers dry thoroughly. This will make a nice head to create your ownjordans
7. Powder all freshly dried latex with Translucent Face Powder and Puff. Or elses, these areas will stick together permanently if allowed to come into contact with one another. Gently brush away any excess powder with a large, soft brush.
8. Putting on make-up. For best results coloring a bald cap, Graftobian Rubber Mask Grease is recommended. Using the needed colors apply the Rubber Mask Grease with a White Sponge Wedge using a stippling motion over the entire bald cap and nearby skin.
9. Bald cap is applied and fully made up. Ideally, use Rubber Mask Grease on the bald cap and Graftobian Creme Foundations on the skin. Highlights and shading colors were very lightly added, and then the entire face and head was powdered with Translucent Face Powder.
Now you are ready to wear your clothing.
